In-State Vehicle Title Transfer
The Certificate of Title is your ownership document in Pennsylvania. Transferring it to your name is required when you buy a vehicle, bring one into PA, or when ownership changes.

Out-of-State Vehicle Title Transfer
If you're moving to PA or buying a vehicle from another state, you'll need to get a Pennsylvania title. This process ensures your vehicle is legally recognized in the Commonwealth.
